Designation : Senior IT Analyst / Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)
-Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with at least 5 years
-relevant experience. Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager position
-should at least have 3 years’ supervisory experience.
-Strong knowledge of IT SDLC, QA methodologies, tools and techniques.
-Candidates with experience working with BPM, ALM and/or PPM process related
-software packages/tools would have an advantage.
-Experience in process re-designing, process automation projects and audit.
-Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
The Senior IT Analyst / Assistant Manager is a key member of the IT Quality
Assurance Section. He is responsible for providing support to the IT
Division in the areas of process improvement and quality assurance.
Responsibilities :
-Gathering, analyzing, and documenting process requirements and
-workflows..
-Developing new processes and re-designing existing processes for
-ITD to ensure quality service delivery.
-Ensuring compliance of new and re-designed processes through
-tracking, monitoring and following up of corrective actions.
-Implementation of process automation tool which involves setting up
-test environments, documenting user guides and conducting end user training.
