Software Manager
(Singapore - East)
Responsibilities:
* Be an innovative member in charge of a committed team responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise web based application
* Willing to travel between different countries managing a team of programmers when needed
* In charge of project related planning and documentation
* Responsible for identifying and solving security loopholes, structural problems by his/her programming teams during development process of web application
Requirements:
* Min Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* Min 2 to 3 years with 1 full cycle SDLC working experience
* Primary Programming Skills - ASP, ASP.Net, J2EE, PHP
* Secondary Programming Skills – C++
* Web Tools – CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML, VBScript/JavaScript, AJAX and WEB 2.0
* Must have knowledge in Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP ) coding/protocol
* Good knowledge in MSSQL/MYSQL Database Designing
* Able to communicate with China / Taiwan clients
* Other Asian Languages besides English is a plus
* Good Management and documentation skills
* Relevant experience in Interactive Web Design and Rich Internet Application Development
* Aggressive, proactive, result-oriented and must be a good team leader who is able to handle tight deadlines and pressure
* Singaporean / PR preferred
* Permanent position
* Salary negotiable depends on knowledge and experience.
