We are a multinational company in Malaysia looking for suitable candidate for the following position. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious professional to be part of our management team.

You will be fully responsible to handle day-to-day HR operation for Malaysia companies. Serve as a business partner for the following areas: rewards and recognition, Performance Management, recruitment/retention, policies and procedures development/interpretation, employee relations, staff welfare, leave administration and dispute resolution/mediation communication. Work closely with Group Director of International / Group Chief Operating Officer on operation matters to provide effective and efficiently human resources day-to-day functions and functionally reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - MALAYSIA
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:
* Follows Human Resource Staffing Plan.
* Develops local relationships for sourcing candidates, uses the selection process, manages offer contracts and agreements, provides Induction to new hires.
* Stays abreast of compensation trends, uses Grading System to identify pay ranges, performs External Compensation Analysis and Reports on Changes.
* Manages pay adjustments resulting from annual salary increases, bonuses, promotions, transfers, expatriate assignments, and allowances, manages termination and severance compensation.
* Monitors benefit programs in line with the human resources strategy, identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings.
* Manages health and wellness programs, life insurance programs, provident funds, private retirement programs, and employee recognition and rewards programs.
* Manages employee/ human relations, manages equal employment and fair treatment policies; mediates employer/ employee conflict, ensures employee communication channels are open and current, manages employment action communication.
* Provide guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on various human resources issues such as counseling on IR issues, disciplinary actions, grievances dealing with understaffing, firing employees etc. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
* Maintains employee information database; ensures confidentiality and security of employee information, provides evidence of employment to authorized requestors.
* Supports managers in application of performance management processes, handles conflicts in appraisals, ratings, and compensation.
* Works with the Corporate Training and Development Division to ensure adequacy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of training programs.
* Monitors educational expenses, guides tuition reimbursement, approves external courses, conferences, and conventions attended for developmental purposes, plans internal training aligned with major business initiatives.

Requirements:
* Preferably Degree Holder, majoring in Human Resources or equivalent.
* At least 10 years of working experience as a generalist in HR in similar capacity.
* Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Good understanding and knowledgeable in local employment laws.
* Committed, responsible and integrity individual.
