Architectural Design Manager - China
The Job
As part of the design management team in China, you will use your creative flair to set innovative design directions for our prestigious
residential/commercial developments. Working closely with the project management, sales & marketing, business development teams and external
design consultants, you will ensure that the company’s objectives for each project are achieved. This includes preparation of design briefs, review &
appraisal of consultants’ design proposals and selection of materials. You will also take part in feasibility studies to assess the development potential of new
projects or acquisitions.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in designing residential/commercial developments, with a good understanding of design, detailing, regulations and the project implementation process.
- Have experience in managing/leading a team.
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach to work in a dynamic environment.
- Highly innovative with an ability to balance practicality, quality and business considerations, with an eye for details.
- Good team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- China experience or working for developer would be an advantage.
