Our products and solutions for mobile business enable users to record virtually any form of information and wirelessly send, receive and update this information. We have customers both in Europe and in Asia.
We seek the following candidate in our Asia expansion initiative:
Technical Sales Engineer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Understand partners’ solutions, markets and business model, and further develop & communicate partners’ values to t+t netcom, including their prospects and end users
- Establish and communicate t+t netcom’s values to the partner community
- Develop joint business, sales and marketing plans to achieve goals and objectives
- Create demand generation programs with partners for the end-users
- Ensure partners’ organizations understand t+t netcom’s products & services, programs and procedures
- Respond to partners’ needs & requests for information
- Provide timely management reports on sales efforts and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years’ relevant sales and marketing experience
- Account management and channel business development skills gained in an IT consulting or Auto-ID environment. Experience in consultative selling preferred
- Result-oriented to produce results at a consistent level
- Proven communication skills to maintain relationships with all levels within a business
- Understanding of the commercial and technological motivation of any partner to sell t+t netcom products
- Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers’ needs
- Able to identify and understand overall market dynamics and competitive landscape within the partner community
- Able to identify key players and their roles in an organization and build relationships with all levels
- Working knowledge of general business, including sales, marketing, finance and information technology
- Willingness to travel regularly
