In 2005, Siemens, Inc. signed an agreement with Siemens Business Services to establish a new business unit to deliver IT helpdesk and customer care services mainly for English-speaking global customers. With an initial capacity of 500 agent seats, the newly-opened IT outsourcing division of Siemens, Inc. is based in Eastwood City CyberPark, Libis, Quezon City. The Philippines becomes the latest addition to the existing satellite call center offices of SBS in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Canada, Turkey and Singapore.
To complement our team of professionals, we are in need of:
Sr. Systems Sales Engineer
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
* Support offer preparation for the customer - provide technical support of sales force during offer phase and contract negotiations
* Promote customer appropriate products, solutions and services
* Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales from a technical perspective
* Conduct basic technical solution assessment and proposes basic technical solutions and implementation strategies according to customer requirements
* Provide basic pre sales technical support to the customer
* Conduct technical product presentations to the customer
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
* At least three to five years of experience in selling solutions in industrial accounts; Preferably with background in automation and electrical systems
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Full-Time positions available.
