Bizen is a retail store dealing in ladies fashion accessories . We are looking for passionate, driven and motivated individuals to fill the following positions :
Senior Supervisor
(Sunway Pyramid(New Phase))
Responsibilities:
* To ensure sales target in the assigned store are consistently achieved
* To service and provide excellent customer service in assigned store
* Involved in developing sales team by training and supervising staff
* Handling the administration of Retail Operations (including sales-related reports, leave applications, staff attendance, etc)
Requirements:
* Min SPM or higher qualifications in any fields.
* Min 2 years of fashion retail industry experience.
* Pleasant, warm, friendly and confident personality.
* Passion in fashion and keen eyes for latest trends.
* Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English , Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is an advantage .
* Must have knowledge of POS system
* Able to work on shifts , long hours and public holidays.
* Full time & part time positions is available.
* Willing to be based at assigned retail shop
* Salary starting from RM2000 + Commision
