Operation Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
-Perform data entry and ensures data integrity of trailer and wrap fees in the system.
-Ensure the Fund Managers trailer fees report received timely.
-Ensure the accuracy of AUM generated.
-Ensure finance to generate trailer fees timely for advisors.
-Provide operational and administrative support for the Manager.
-To be involved in other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned.
-Attend enquiries from internal/external clients.
Requirements:
-Diploma and above, with at least 1 year experience in a financial institution.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
-Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
-Able to work under pressures and meets deadlines.
