HR Operation Division Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for compensation management, evaluation, welfare and labor relation according to the organization’s policy; and manage and develop the performance of the team.
Qualifications:
-Age 35 years or over
-Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Political Science, psychology, Law or other relevant fields.
-Knowledge and skill of HRM: Welfare, Evaluation, Income Tax, Provident Fund, Compensation Fund and social insurance.
-Knowledge of salary structure is a plus.
-Knowledge of management (Planning, Organization, Leading, Evaluating) and team development.
-Strong human skills: understand human behavior, service mind, strong interpersonal skills, team-work, reasonable and high Emotional Quotient.
