We currently looking for Customer Service Executives to support Australia and Hong Kong platform urgently.
Period, Time & Location
1. 5 days week
2. Staggered Shift
3. Permanent
4. East Region
Salary
Range from $2200 to $2500 (inclusion of shift allowance and KPI incentives)
Job scope
1. Provide personalized service to phone in/email enquiries or requests from customers
2. Be able to resolve customers’ complaints in a qualitative and expeditious manner
Candidates’ Requirements
1.Must have a passion and interest for high-end luxury fashion
2.Minimum ‘A’ Level or STPM with credits including English
3.Able to work on weekends and public holiday is a must
4.Willing to perform overtime and staggered shifts including weekends and public holidays
5.Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
6.Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in luxury goods/retail/travel on hospitality industry
7.Effective team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
