Assistant, Finance
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Overall Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the efficient operation of the finance function in processing receipt, payment, journals and assist in month end closing activities

Specific Responsibilities
- Prepare and posting of month end journals and any other month end closing activities for the entire set of accounts
- Process receipts and payment function
- Reconcile bank accounts and other controls accounts and follow up to resolve reconciling items promptly
- Process financial system interfaces on a timely basis as scheduled
- Adhere to agreed finance processes and procedures

Requirements:

- 1 – 2 years relevant working experience
- Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI Higher Accounting or fresh Accountancy graduate
