Location: Shell House, Central, Singapore

Systems Support Analyst
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- You will need provide 1st level troubleshooting for users and escalate to relevant second level support where necessary;
- You will need to manage the performance of IT services provided by our shared services centres to ensure delivery of IT services whilst also reviewing services delivery performance to ensure that performance targets are met;
- In addition, you will be involved in planning and coordinating infrastructure and application roll-outs and providing technical support/consultancy in the design of IT projects.
Requirements:
- You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or another related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- You should have working knowledge of desktop, infrastructure and/or application support related issues;
- The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a high pressure environments, deliver consistent results and have strong customer relationship skills;
- A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position;
- Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.
