Our client , an Australian MNC in Facilities Management. They have immediate vacancies for:-
Senior Technical Officer (M&E) X2,W/ FSM cert,5yrsExp
(Singapore - west)
Responsibilities:
- You will assist in managing a large building or a group of buildings. You will also participate in the planning and supervision of a comprehensive facility management programme. You will be the Fire Safety Manager at site, planning and conducting fire drills etc. In addition, you must be able to troubleshoot M&E problem and fix up installations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience (include 2 years practice of FSM)
- Fire Safety Manager Certificate is necessary
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Applicants who can start work immediately have added advantage
