Senior Functional Analyst / Team Lead(SAP FICO)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Strong SAP Functional Analyst/Team Lead (FI) to drive SAP Cross
- functional projects from inception to operations turn over and support,
- ensuring system solutions are developed to effectively meet business
- requirements and are completed under aggressive schedules. Required to
- work independently on large, major segments of complex company-wide
- projects with only little supervision
- Anticipates and manages the tasks and risks within each phase of the
- project. Reviews requests and business requirements. Ensures clarity and
- Establish goals and expectations for services requested.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of others associated with the
- projects including supervisors and on-site or off-shore resources, across
- different time zones.
- Independently anticipates problems. Develops and implements solutions
- to complex issues of resource allocations and project definitions often
- involving cross-functional issues and impact, event driven timelines,
- limited resources and conflicting goals.
- Must effectively represent SAP Team in a cross-functional environment.
- Negotiates and sets expectations with team members. Resolve issues
- with upper management. Drives cross functional teams and vendor
- contacts where necessary.
- Plans for and manages post implementation support and training to end
- customers support groups or vendors as needed to ensure service levels
- are maintained.
Requirements:
- Requires BS degree in computer science or information management plus 10
- years or advanced degree plus 8 years of related experiences. Must have
- proven project management analytical and problem solving skills.
- 5 years of hands-on SAP R/3 Enterprise Configuration experience. Exposure
- to high-tech/consumer electronic operations. outbound/inbound & reverse
- logistics, sales/repair management.
- Strong Accounting background preffered
