Remedy Consultant
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- To implement and manage the system management tools for DC operation
- Integrate monitoring/event management services to Remedy Service Desk
- Implement and maintain DC operation service request on Remedy Service Desk
- Establish and maintain configuration management DB for GDC operation
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5 to 7 years experience in IT related industry
- BMC Software Suite-REMEDY IT Service Management 6.x/7.x is necassary
- Experience in Asset Management, Service Request, Incident and Problem
- Full cycle experience from implementation support
- Experience in System Monitoring, and IT Service Management
- Familiar in Java, HTML, MS Windows, Database knowledge include MS SQL Server 7/2000/2005, Oracle 10g
- Good communication skills
