HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for a full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits function. Your primary duties will include the following:
- Payroll and sales commission administration
- Reviewing and developing compensation policy
- Proposing and participating compensation and benefit surveys to determine market competitiveness level
- Assisting in the performance management exercise which include participation in AI & VB negotiation with the Union
- Reviewing and proposing incentive plans and other HR initiatives as part of staff recognition programme
- Perform job analysis and evaluation, when necessary
- Other duties will include recruitment and industrial relations which will include CA negotiation with Union
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HRM, with 3 years of similar working experience
- Experience in Times payroll software preferred
- Meticulous and well-organised, with a flair for details and figures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
