We are an established and progressive company involved in property development and investments.
Architect (To be stationed in Vietnam/Hong Kong/China)
Responsibilities:
* To report to the Project Director.
* To prepare conceptual/sketch design and drawings for properties owned/to be acquired by the Company.
* To undertake design development and design coordination works for projects.
* To prepare detailed drawings, to monitor progress of construction work on site and to attend meetings.
* To advise on the latest trends in property development and building design.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture.
* To be stationed in Vietnam/Hong Kong/China with Kuala Lumpur as a temporary base.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
* Proficiency in ACAD and 3D presentation skills.
