M&E Design Manager ( China)
The Job
As part of the design management team in China, you will use your professional & technical knowledge to set M&E standards for our prestigious
commercial and residential developments. Working closely with the Architects, project management, sales & marketing teams and external design consultants,
you will ensure that the company’s objectives for each project are achieved.
This includes preparation of M&E design briefs, review & appraisal of consultants design proposals, selection of equipment and testing & commissioning.
Requirements
- Degree in M&E Engineering from a recognised university
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in M&E designing commercial and residential developments, with a good understanding of design, detailing, regulations and the project implementation process
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach to work in a dynamic environment
- Highly innovative with an ability to balance practicality, quality and business considerations, with an eye for details
- Good team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- China experience would be an advantage
- Working experience with a developer would also be an advantage
- Prefer Malaysian or Singaporean
