- Planning, execution & successfully closing of sub-contract works
- Managing the triple constraint for projects, which cost time & quality
- Liaise and coordination with architect, consultant, main-con and other sub-con / installer
- Able to work independent with the support of project team and various departments

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or other Engineering field
- Or Diploma in Architectural
