Job Description

- Collect, monitor and analyze systems performance data.

Requirements
1. Degree/Diploma in IT related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a Data Center environment as a Windows Servers administrator.
3. A team player with good interpersonal skills as well as ability to work independently.
4. MCSE certification are preferred.
5. Knowledge of Internet Information Server, Citrix MetaFrame, BMC Patrol or Veritas BackupExec will be an added advantage.

IT Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur Job- Cheras)
The job:
- To support all Security and Operations of Firewalls; responsible to implement, conduct and monitoring via security tools and applications (firewall, anti virus tools etc)
- To manage system admin team consisting server, database unit and application unit
- To take ownership and achieve all committed objectives with proactively address and develop contingency
- To plan and execute System Admin projects
- To perform troubleshooting for problems with server hardware/software issues and work with other support staff from other disciplines (SAP, Navision, SQL, database, storage, etc) to resolve problem
- To perform detailed root cause analysis for all problems
- To provide timely feedback and keep user updated on their issues
Our requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field
- Must have experience in system admin and strong troubleshooting skills
Required skill(s):
- SAP, SQL, Unix and Networking
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
