Executive, HR and Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure staff’s compliance to the policies.
- Implement training plans, evaluate training effectiveness and update training records.
- Check payroll and maintain all staff records with up-to-date information.
- Implement PMS (Performance Management System). Track and ensure appraisers conduct periodic feedback sessions.
- Prepare timley HR reports. Analyse reports, highlight key issues and concerns. Recommend interventions and/or solutions to resolve issues.
- Attend to immigration and other authorities’ requirements relating to expatriate and foreign workers such as work permit application and renewal and income tax matters.
- Office Administration – maintain office equipment in good working order and manage the day-to-day issues of the department.
