Work:
-To ensure the accounts payable, the banking bringing together, the newspapers and the general functions are carried out in an effective and decisive way.
-Prepare the goods of transaction of accountancy and the good daily newspapers of control.
-Prepare the accounts – cheques for payments.
-Help to establish the financial statement, the analysis and the monthly magazines report/ratio.
-Help the team of accountancy in daily bank transactions, the cash clerk and the subjects of accountancy.
-Preparation of the notes of credit of flow/per inter-member for the group.
-Maintenance of fixed laying-up register.
-Checking of the complaints and the payments.
-Helps in the annual current catch.
The person:
-The candidate must have at least a diploma or the equivalent of LCCI.
-Minimum 2 years of experience of a similar capacity.
-Analytical, meticulous person with an eye for details.
-Able to work independently with an important level of engagement to respect deadlines of report.
-Honest and have good by working ethics.
-Excellent qualifications of communication, particularly in English and interpersonal qualifications spoken.
