PC Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Install and upgrade PC applications (MS Office, Lotus Notes, Powerplay, AS/400 terminal emulation, etc…).
- Provide Helpdesk function to users.
- Maintenance of users PCs, with respect to application problems.
- Coordination with maintenance companies, hardware/software providers, or with HK IS&O in case of failures.
- Help users in using PC peripherals: scanner, CD burners, etc.
- Enforce regional IT policy.
- Ensure smooth operation of the LAN and WAN.
