INTERNAL AUDITOR
THE JOB
The incumbent will participate actively as a member of the Internal Audit team responsible for conducting audits for the Group and will report to the Group’s Head of Internal Auditing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review assigned organizational and functional activities in the Group.
-Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls over these activities.
-Prepare audit programs and procedures.
-Perform internal audit procedures in accordance with approved audit programs.
-Report audit findings and recommend corrective actions where required.
THE CANDIDATE
-Possess a University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
-Knowledge of fundamentals in accounting, economics, commercial law, taxation, finance, quantitative methods and computerized information systems.
-Minimum 2 years experience in internal audit work
-Past working experience with an established public accounting firm would be an added advantage.
-Proficient in applying internal auditing standards, procedures and techniques.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
-Willing to travel at short notice.

Operations Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
-Assist in overseeing daily store maintenance and operational matters
-Monitor and supervise external contractors’ work and services
-Coordinate and manage repair/maintenance/enhancement projects within the store
-Prepare and monitor budgets
-Responsible for project costing and control
-Provide coordination and supervision to ensure proper and timely completion of store and tenants’ fitting out work

Responsible for managing our service, spares & installation activities, and ensure smooth running of day to day operation. Experience in a workshop environment & fully understand 24hr service is essential. An excellent communicator to be able to represent the company. Play a significant role in developing sales by working seamlessly with our experienced front line sales team to provide a first class service to our client base.
