Retail Assistant / Clerk

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
- Required language(s): English.
- Preferred language(s): english
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced sales Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
-Handle full set of accounts include financial reports & audit schedules.
-Manage accounts payables & receivables, company cash flow, fixed assets & prepare fund transfer.
-Prepare & process invoices, credit/debit notes & perform all required data entry functions.
-Perform any ad-hoc management reporting requirement.
-Other finance & accounts related functions.
Requirements:
-Minimum LCCI, Diploma, Degree or professional qualification in Accounting.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
-Knowledge of Malaysian taxation.
-Familiar with UBS Accounting software.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office, i.e. Words, Excel.
-Analytical, meticulous with an eye for details.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, independent & disciplined, able to work with minimum supervision.
-Able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
-Preferably Chinese with good command in written & spoken English & Mandarin.
