The Job Description
-Implement daily and planned preventive maintenance program.
-Develop and implement control of renovation works carried out by purchasers/tenants.
-Vet through renovation plans submitted by owners/tenants to ensure compliance of the by laws / guidelines stipulated in the Fit Out By Laws.
-Attend to tenants’ and purchasers’ complaints and enquiries at the soonest thru customer service department by giving instruction to Customer Service Dept on how to settle the complaints.
-Check regularly on the infrastructure and maintenance services such as roads, drains, and liaise with contractors.
-Liaise, monitor and co-ordinate with tenants, purchasers, contractors, suppliers on Building matters.
The Person
-Possesses at least SPM/STPM/ Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/C&S/Architecture.
-At least 3-5 years experience in Building Maintenance Works/C&S/Architecture.
-Posses good Technical knowledge.
-Ability to rectify problem fast.
-Sequence of rectification / installation works & correct methodologies.
-Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Power Point & MS Project.
-Ability to read and understand floor plan drawings & contract document.
