In tandem with our expansion plan, we invite suitably qualified candidates to join us in the following position:
Senior Systems & Network Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur job- Mont Kiara)
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding
To handle and managed projects successfully
- Diagnosis, troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems pc/servers/networking within a standard time frame.
- Escalation of issues to the product support team and/or Vendor in order to resolve the issue to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
- Providing on-site and telephone support to customers on hardware, software applications and network installations
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in LAN/WAN, Routers/Hubs, Switches, Storage, Windows
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewall and VPN
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
