Sales Manager
(Selangor job- Based in North Port Klang)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible far all sales & marketing activities.
Accountable for the full spectrum of the sales & marketing functions as well as customer service standards.
- Assist the General Manager to Plan, Organize, Lead and Control the Sales & Marketing department and all aspects of sales & marketing support to the Company. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as maximizing profits, marketing plans, new market plans, new market penetration, customer relations, canvassing / developing new customers, market intelligence, achieving objectives, management reporting, business planning and any related business / sales / marketing initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
- Ensures that all sales & marketing activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
- Must be able at least 5 years in a similar position.
- Candidates with exposure to Palm Oil Refinery are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to travel extensively both locally and overseas.
- Applicants must have knowledge in ISO.
