Customer Service Executive ( Post Sales)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on subscription renewal, including arranging for regular customer visits.
- Work with Account executive to service new and existing customers
- Generate quotation for all subscription renewal.
- Tele- call for prospects.
- Coordinate user group activity.
- Coordinate Training scheduling and needs.

Requirements:
- Min O Level or Diploma with min 1 -2 years experience in customer service/ Sales co-ordination
- Pleasant personality
- Computer literate ( basic computer softwares- word, excel, powerpoint)
- Sales Driven
- Articulate and communicate effectively with all levels of customers.

Singapore Citizens or PR considered only.
