Business Process Executive-Sales Division
(Kuala Lumpur – Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil)
Responsibilities:
- Contribute directly to the development of tender submission, solution proposals, publications and solution functional specification.
- Make technical presentation of proposed solution to customer; coordinate technical feedback and re-tailor solution as necessary in consultation with peers and superiors.
- Perform thorough analysis of customer requirements through interviews and requirement definition exercise.
- Work closely with the various departments within the company to keep abreast with the latest company product and solution offerings in terms of technology and services to our customers.
- Performing primary and secondary research, data analysis and modeling to table complex business problems.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in computer Science or IT related discipline
- Must possess strong technical writing skills
- Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills both in English oral presentation and written communication
- Able to work with minimum supervision as well as able to contribute to team development
- Knowledge in all or some of the following fields:
- Knowledgeable in all aspect of System Development life cycles
- Knowledgeable in Solution Platform Architecture: Web-based n-tiers and/or client-Server Technology (.NET and J2EE platform)
- Knowledgeable in System, Network and/or Datacenter Infrastructure
- Experienced in IT Project Coordination or Management
- Exposure to Operation Process Standard e.g. CMMI, ISO20000 would be an added advantage
- Knowledge or experience in Business Strategy/Marketing/CRM would be an added advantage
