We are looking for a marketing & administrative
assistant who can grow with our company for a
minimum of 2 years.
We are Makati-based company specializing in complementary & alternative health modalities.
We organize seminars in the Philippines for speakers all over the world.
Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
- Female with pleasing personality
- College graduate (work experience in advertising, public relations or sales is an advantage)
- Computer-literate (MS Office)
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple work assignments
- Able to work extended hours and on weekends (when needed only)
- Must be creative and resourceful
- Must be a team player and exhibit strong interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to learn
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day office administration as well as marketing activities
- Prepare and update correspondences to various institutional and individual accounts
- Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals. (e.g. leaflets, brochures,)
- Assist during the event/workshop itself (usually on weekends)
- Talk to customers and students about the workshops & therapy services
