We are expanding our Singapore office and the following vacancy.

Office / HR Administrator
(Singapore Job)

Responsibilities:
- Provide/assist administrative support to office staffs and render secretarial support to directors as needed.
- Handling/attending incoming and outgoing mails, courier packages, messages and visitors.
- Monitor and stock up stationery, pantry items, company brochures, etc.
- Manage/organize office confidential corporate files and correspondences and records documentation.requirements for office & new staff.
- Coordinate with head office on staffs personal matters and recruitment related matters.
- Assist in full spectrum of HR admin functions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support on all human resource issues.
- Maintain & update leave records and verify & process medical & dental claims.
- Support & ensure timely application, renewal & cancellation of employment/work passes/PR process.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Candidates with Finance/Accounting exposure will be given priority.
