Technics is a leading specialist engineering service provider, servicing the oil & gas industry. It designs and develops process modules and equipment that are integrated to form the operating systems and storage facilities for oil and gas exploration and production. In line with our growth, we are searching for qualified candidates to fill the following position.
Hr Administrator
(Singapore – Loyang (Changi))
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR generalist support in the execution and management of HR services and activities in the areas of: staffing, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, employee communication programs , Payroll, employee relations & welfare and other HR functions;
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly HR reporting as well as undertake specific HR projects to further enhance existing HR systems;
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures which includes develop, standardize and manage the Standard Operating Procedures for all HR related matters
- Actively participate in HR related projects and improvement initiatives including HR initiatives rolled out from Corporate HR;
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the HR department and the services performed;
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Grp HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience in a multi-cultural environment.
- Mature, motivated, resilient and quick to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (spoken & written)
- Self-starter, work independently and as a team, and able to multi-task
- Good working knowledge of EasyPay payroll system will be an added advantage
- Familiar with the local employment practices and the Singapore Employment Act
- Pro-active in resolving employee relations issues
- Detailed and has sense of responsibility to see through the completion of work within deadlines and schedules
- Singaporeans and SPRs only
