HR Business Partner
(Singapore - Bedok & Changi)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a business-partner in providing advisory and HR daily operations support to assigned business units
- Assist HR leaders in enhancing employee relations via various communication channels
- Provide support in rolling out HR strategies effectively to achieve business excellence
- Active involvement in adhoc HR projects such as Wellness Activities, Employee Communications, Employee Recognition & Awards
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to commit to a 6-months contract
