We are in a unique business of data analysis, information services provider, & software development company. In view of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite suitable qualified individuals to apply for the position of Assistant HR Manager (Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).
Assistant HR Manager (Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)
(Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Regional HR Manager in the daily HR administrative & operational activities;
2. Involved in formulation and implementation of HR policy in the existing system;
3. Implement HR strategies, change management, as well as other HR initiatives;
4. Organize HR welfare and related activities;
5. Handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues;
6. Manage the recruitment & selection process;
7. Coordinate training and development activities;
8. HR reporting;
9. Other ad-hoc projects and assignments.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
3. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
4. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
5. Display attention to detail and work with a systematic and professional approach to all duties;
6. Excellent verbal and written language (ENGLISH, MANDARIN & CHINESE DIALECTS) and communication skills, and able to effectively interact with people from a wide variety of countries, cultures and social and professional backgrounds;
7. A passion for working with people and technology, and always able to maintain a positive and pleasant personality;
8. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
9. Willing to work flexible shift hours & relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
