Leading Beauty and Slimming studio in Singapore invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of the:
Trainer
(Singapore Job)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct in-house training to Consultants, Therapist & Masseurs for existing treatments & body massages so as to ensure that the same protocols apply throughout;
- Develop treatment protocol manual;
- Train ALL Therapists, Consultants & Masseurs on products knowledge;
- Conduct assessment for ALL Therapists, Consultants & Masseurs on quarterly basis;
- Develop new treatments for the Organisation;
- Other ad-hoc project as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- CIDESCO certified with minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Extensive knowledge and formal training in body massage, slimming and beauty treatments
- Skilled in developing training materials and programmes
- Well-groomed and confident with good interpersonal skills
- Others
