EHS Engineer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of reviewing, updating and implementing of plant wide safety regulations and procedures to ensure compliance to statutory and legal requirements
- Coordination of Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- Participation in EHS Committees and tracking of accident statistics
- Preparation of monthly routine EHS reports and, if required, accident/incident reports
- In charge of routine EHS inspections, contractor safety training, new employees safety orientation training, work permit system
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
- Preferably certified Fire Safety Manager, Confined Space Assessor, Noise Control Officer, Lifting Supervisor
