Associate Engineer (End-of-Line, Equipment)
(Singapore – Ang Mo Kio)
Responsibilities:
* Support daily EOL equipment setup and conversion for operation.
* Maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair all in-house EOL production equipment.
* Perform calibration and preventive maintenance.
* Make improvement and modification to current equipment to enhance its performance.
* Collect and manage equipment performance index.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a semiconductor assembly or test manufacturing environment.
* Experience in Laser/VM/Taper equipment handling and maintenance is an added advantage.
* Ability to work on 12 hours shift
* Working location : No 2 Ang Mo Kio St 63.
