Customer Service Representative (KT)
CONTRACT / PERMANENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Additional Informations :
* Salary Range : $2 000 – $2 500
* Location 1 : Buona Vista (6 months contract, subject to conversion to Permanent)
* Salary Range : $1 800 – $2 200
* Location 2 : Lavander
* Location 3 : Pasir Panjang
Responsibilities and Requirements :
* Processing of customers’ order
* Attend to all customers’ enquiries and complaints
* Handle logistics management and preparation of shipping documents include L/C negotiations and liaison with freight forwarders
* Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory movements, oversee monthly stock take
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order processing
* Customer service oriented with outgoing personality
* GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level / Diploma with good oral communication skills
* Excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
* Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of ACCPAC / SAP / Sun Systems would be an added advantage
* Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
