Customer Service Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
-Provide over-all support to Move Managers in planning, organizing and executing each relocation.
-Customer first point of contact – to provide a focal point for enquiry and responsive service to customers.
-Assist in proposal/quotation generation.
-Assist in any communication between customers and Move Managers.
-Assist in preparation of move in/move out activities and arrangement of services required.
-Generation of weekly sales report, quotation report, minutes of meeting and job- schedule report.
-Data base management.
-Liaise with other department to ensure that objectives are met.
Requirements:
-Preferably Diploma holder, candidates with relevant working experience preferably in service industry will be considered.
-Proficient in MS Office, internet savvy.
-Works well both independently and in team environment.
-Proactive. Self-motivated. Highly organized.
-Adapt easily to new concept and skilled at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Good analytical problem solving capabilities.
-Able to adapt to changes in work environment and work processes.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Able to relate and communicate well with people at any level of business and management.
