We are a leading supplier of high grade Industrial Materials and Welding Equipments and we have more than 65 years of solid presence in the oil & gas, petrochemicals, marine, power-generation and infrastructure industry. As a result of rapid business expansion, we are looking for the right candidates to join us as:
Customer Service Coordinator
(Singapore – JURONG)
Responsibilities:
- Handling of inquiries including major project bids and tenders
- Order processing and expediting including shipping arrangement
- Liaising with suppliers and customers on inquiries/ order status
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in JURONG.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
