ISLAND WIDE – Customer Service / Admin/ Acounts Assistant ($5 – $8)
We have plenty of Temp,Temp to Perm and Contract assignments Islandwide for job seekers in-between jobs, fresh graduates and candidates looking for temporary jobs.
POSITION 1: CUSTOMER SERVICE (x5)
-Assist in front desk duties.
-Attend to walk-in customers enquires.
-Handle ad-hoc duties when assigned.
POSITION 2: ADMIN ASSISTANT (X8)
-Assist in administrative duties.
-Reports preparation and generation.
-Filing, faxing and scanning of documents.
-Liaise with internal and external customers.
-Handle ad-hoc duties when assigned.
POSITION 3: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (X3)
-Provide supports to Accounts Manager on daily administrative.
-Handle partial/full set of accounts.
-Data entry of invoices, payments and billing.
-Assist in bank reconciliation.
-Knowledge of SAP, ACCPAC, Oracle will be an added advantage.
REQUIREMENT:
-Diploma/ GCE A / O / N Level with related working experiences.
-Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
-Male waiting for enlistment welcome to apply.
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Able to commit for 2 to 6 months.
