Job Description
We are a well established Company, manufacture state-of-the-art sensors, a fully owned subsidiary of a Malaysian listed company, is seeking for a well qualified professional for the positions of:
Process Engineer
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma in Micro-Electronics Engineering or Science
-Strong technical knowledge in wafer fabrication processes
-Strong knowledge of statistic, chemistry, physic and Microsoft office
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in wafer fab manufacturing processes
-Experiences as a team project leader, report writing & presentation
-Experiences to close more than 5 work related team projects
-Familiar with Quality tool such as PFMEA, SPC, DOE, Control Plan and Cpk
PHYSIOLOGICAL CONSTRAINTS AND / OR DEXTERITY REQUIREMENTS
-Able to work in a clean room. Not sensitive to chemical requirements
-Able to work in a clean room
-Not sensitive to chemicals
-Not color blind
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and co-ordinate process / manufacturing improvement project
-Participate actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk. improvement, new product / process development, new machine qualification, process optimization, cycle time improvement and new material evaluation/qualification
-Responsible for managing all jigs & fixtures to meet process specifications & to improve process yield
-Overall line process yield monitoring, control & improvements
-Co-ordinate process department activities for developing & implementing manufacturing process for the products manufactured
