We (International Application Solutions — An IBM Compabny) are hiring Websphere Portal Development Professionals to work with a very large MNC Bank in Singapore.
Websphere Portal (Portlet Factory) Development Professionals:
The skill-sets required are
At least implemented 1 Portal Project using Portlet factory (Most Preferred)
5+ years of experience in development and implementation of large-scale WebSphere Portal Implementations.
At least implemented 3-4 WebSphere Portal Server Projects.
At least implemented one project on latest WebSphere portal Server version (6.0/6.1) (Preferred).
Development experience using WebSphere Portlet Factory.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ability to understand Data Flow across JFP Application Architecture
Ability to understand JFP functionality at screen level
Basic J2EE Architecture understanding
Ability to read FS & MLI
Analytical ability to understanding banking terminologies
Ability to work as a Team
High and Low level Project scooping
Ability to prepare and review L0, L1, L2 Effort Estimation
Ability to understand configure Rules & Phrases (BA provides rules)
Ability to analyze & translate biz requirements to the Dev team
Ability to review FS and understand the function scope to depth
Responsible to write and finalize Low Level Design Specification
Responsible to write and finalize Low Level Interface Specification
Ability to assist developers in Coding and assist in coding issues
Responsible to doing code review, unit test and unit test data plan
Responsible for reviewing and writing Release notes
Responsible for Build Review and Prepare/Review Installation scripts
Ability to configure Web & App Servers
Ability to understand Database table at field level
Complete understanding and manage source code control through Clear case
Ability to schedule and manage releases for diff projects
This is a 1 yr contract renewable based on the performance.
