Job Description:
Design, build and support state of the art, large scale enterprise BPM (Business Process Management) Center of Excellence (COE).
Primary responsibilities include product design, standards, controls, monitoring, support and solutions delivery of highly scalable business process management platform.
Role includes defining the developer guidelines, best practices and operational procedures. Work with various stakeholders – application development teams, infrastructure support teams and vendor for seamless rollout.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Experience with supporting JMS architectures including JNDI, Content-based routing, Zones, Topic, Queues.
- Architectural experience to arrive at Capacity Planning, Network configurations and storage requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard technologies (e.g. Java/J2EE, .Net, Weblogic, Websphere, middleware, Databases).
- Experience in full software development (or software infrastructure) life cycle in an enterprise environment.
- Strong background on both the UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and Windows platforms.
- Good to have experience with any SOA solutions.
- Workflow management tools experience Fuego, Staffware a plus
