Description • Developed ZPERNR Application.
ZPERNR Application is a Module Pool Program to comprehend all the Employee data in the mandatory fields of the transaction PA40, for the Action type – Joining, and the transaction PA30, for updating the Infotype 0019 - Monitoring of Tasks, 0041 - Date Specifications, 0007 - Planned Working Time, 0021 - Family Member/Dependents, 0022 – Education and 0023 - Other/Previous Employers respectively.
Once the data is captured through the module pool, it is stored in the z-tables for Employee detail, Family, Education and Previous – Employment with a unique ZPERNR number respectively.
This data is then retrieved back in an ALV – Report bases upon date on which these data had been generated. This report has an editable column called ‘Approve’ and a push button called ‘Hire’ using which the user can approve the respective ZPERNR.
This data is then uploaded through a set of BDC programs to update the Infotype 0000 –Actions, 0001 - Organizational Assignment, 0002 - Personal Data, 0006 – Address, 0007 - Planned Working Time, 0019 - Monitoring of Tasks, 0021 - Family Member/Dependents, 0022 – Education, 0023 - Other/Previous Employers, 0041 - Date Specifications, 0185 - Personal IDs, 0906 - Additional Data for Corresponding Letters and generates the Pernr number against each ZPERNR number respectively.
