Orchid Cybertech Services Inc., is a growing company in the internet and telecommunications industry. We are seeking experienced and motivated members to work with a major Australian client on various systems and projects. This is a “hands-on” role.
Senior System Developer (C/PERL)
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and support systems under the direction of a team leader.
- Successful applicants should be proactive, thorough and with a proven ability to take responsibility for critical systems.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working knowledge and very proficient with C/PERL programming language
- Experienced in working with Linux operating system, Intel and AMD CPUs, MySQL database and Apache web server is a must
- Knowledge of Java, Oracle, Asterisk, PHP, communications protocols and VoIP is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Accountancy and Management Control Systems is also an advantage
- Willing to travel
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
