Production Support Analyst – Trade OAF
(Selangor)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Trade application in 24×7 in shift.
- Good knowledge in Unix/Linux, Java/J2EE, SQL/PLSQL are must.
- Basic skills in MQ, web sphere server, Change Management skills preferable.
- Able to quickly analyze and resolve the day-to-day issues.
- Prior experience in production support in any banking industry is must, preferably in Trade Finance
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Java/J2EE SQL/PLSQL.
- Prior experience in Product Support is must. Preferably in Trade Finance.
- Sun Java Certified is preferred.
