Senior/Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing Unix based infrastructure and services
- Constantly review and optimise existing infrastructure architecture and operations
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support and troubleshooting
- Develop and enhance both in-house and third party tools and web services
- Provide inputs to the Solutions and Product Team
- Technical evaluation of new products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Min 3 years’ experience in operations and maintenance of a Unix based setup
- Experience in a Unix centric environment, specifically in Debian, RedHat and Solaris
- Strong technical knowledge and concept in Radius, Email, LDAP, DNS, SNMP, Web, Proxy and SAN
- Ability to manage and maintain Unix Server based machines in a large scale
- Proficient with shell and PERL scripting,CGI, C, PHP programming
