Oracle / MS SQL Database/Sybase Administrators up to $10K SGD
(Singapore)
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
More than 5 years experience in Database Administration.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) Oracle DBA
2) Oracle + MS SQL DBA
3) Oracle Application DBA – Oracle Apps 11.i – installation and configuration, managing multinode Oracle Applications
4) Oracle Clustering – RAC, RMAN
5) MS SQL DBA – MS SQL 2000 / 2005, MS SQL Replication
6) Sybase DBA
7) Sybase + MS SQL DBA
8) Oracle + Sybase DBA
9) DB2 Mainframe DBA
10) DBA Tools – TOAD, Quest’s Live Reorg, Oracle OEM, Dataguard
11) Data and Storage Replication, Advance Replication
12) Performance Tuning
13) Mainframe System Programmer
14) Database mirroring
15) PL/SQL, SQL loader
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) Scripting – Shell/Perl, Bourne, Korn, Unix, Batch
2) Technical hands-on experience with Dataguard, Patching, and Cloning.
3) Unix Administration – Solaris, HP/UX, AIX, Linux
4) Windows servers (2000 / 2003), BizTalk 2000/2006, SQL server 2000/2005, Sharepoint, XP/Vista, .NET, VB Script, Macromedia, Frontpage, OLAP, Veritas Arcserve, Heterogenous Interface and DBMS.
5) Hands-on experience in Storage – EMC Clarion/Enterprise
6) Storage Migration – IBM Storage to EMC + AIX, HDS, Data Management Storage
7) More than 5 years background in Production Support Environment.
8) PL/SQL programming, PL/SQL tuning, SQL codes
9) Oracle Partitioning
10) Database design
11) Hands-on experience with BizTalk and Sharepoint.
Additional Advantages:
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Modelling concept.
Experience in Oracle 10g grid control and Enterprise Manager.
Managing multinode Oracle Applications, Performance Tuning, Patching/Cloning, install and troubleshoot of Oracle RAC.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
Certification in OCP, OCA and/or MCDBA is a big advantage.
